27 Phoneme Spotter Stories - each story is based around a different phoneme and a different alien.
Fluency Strips - 400 sentences covering all 27 of the phase 3 sounds. Laminate, cut and attach with a keyring for easy to use phonics sentences.
Phoneme Hunt - 27 sheets. Scan the lines to find all of the target phonemes.
Read it, Make it, Write it - 20 word cards for each of the 27 phase 3 sounds. 540 word cards in total. Choose a card and place it on the work mat. Make the word from play-doh, lego or magnetic letters, then write it (with the option of handwriting lines or not).
Roll, Write, Read - 27 game boards, one for each of the 27 phase 3 phonemes. Roll the dice, trace over (or cross out) the word in that column, roll again. Which number will win?
Speedy Readies - 27 sheets, one for each of the phase 3 phonemes. Children (one blue and one green) take it in turns to read a word from the sheet. Once they’re confident, put them against the clock and see if they can beat their scores!
Spot the Word - 27 sheets, one for each of the phase 3 phonemes. Each row has two words. Read one of the out and ask the children to circle it. Once they’re confident, choose a child to be the leader and watch their self-esteem soar!
Word Searches - 27 word searches, one for each of the phase 3 phonemes. Each wordsearch has at least 9 words to find. All horizontal or vertical, no diagonal.
Word Sorts - 27 words sorts, one for each of the phase 3 phonemes. Each phoneme has one sorting table, 14 real words and 14 nonsense words.
Easy to make, simple to use! Just cut out, laminate and push through a split pin.
Spin the spinner to line the letters up, decide if it’s a real or a nonsense word and write it into the table.
Watch out for the red herring picture on the recording sheet! Will your children spot it?

Whether you read the word with the target sound or not, the children have to read both words and match the written word to the word you have said.

Phonics display for phases 2,3,4 and 5.
Contains:
27 monster pictures and frames.
23 Phase 2 sound cards.
27 Phase 3 sound cards.
30 Phase 4 blend cards.

All you need to do is put squares of velcro on the frames and on the back of the sound cards and your littlies can create and read as many nonsense names as they like!
This is currently up in my classroom. I let my littlies choose the monsters that went up and they have a whale of a time making silly names in their spare moments.
Over 200 sentences, covering all of the phase 5 sounds. Hang them on the wall, use them as busy work, incorporate them into phonics or English lessons, or use them as an assessment tool.

Repetition is brilliant for children to practice recognising phonemes, graphemes and phonics sounds. Let them practice these skills in context by providing them with fluency sentences. Use in phonics lessons, literacy centres, word work sessions, as guided reading prompts or as assessment to see which words you littlies need more practice with.
